When you arrive…

  • When you arrive, please check in at the welcome booth. If you are planning on purchasing a tree that is 15 gallon size or larger you MUST sign in with your name and phone number. You will be helped in the order that you signed in. If there are people ahead of you, we will call your phone number when it is your turn to be helped. If necessary, you may request a salesperson with a golf cart to assist you.
  • You will be asked if you are going to take your selection(s) with you that day or if you are planning on having them delivered and/or installed.
  • If you are planning to take a tree with you, please bring a tarp to wrap it in. Cloth tarps, such as sheets, blankets, moving blankets and shade cloths are preferred to plastic tarps, which will beat your tree up in the wind on the way home. We will have shade cloth tarps with grommets for sale if you forget your tarp. The 10’x12′ are $119.99 and the 12’x16′ are $159.99.

While you are waiting…

If you are shopping for smaller plants…

  • If you will be shopping for smaller plants that can fit on a cart and you will be taking the plants with you, the staff at the welcome booth will be able to direct you to the area where you would like to start your search for plants.

When you are ready to checkout…

  • When you have made your purchasing decisions, you will proceed to the checkout with your salesperson where you will be assisted with either an installation packet, the loading of your purchases into your vehicle or the paperwork necessary to hold your purchases for later pickup.

 

CUSTOMERS MAY NOT TAG THEIR OWN TREES. A SALESPERSON MUST BE PRESENT TO TAG THEM FOR YOU.
